Description The NOC Process Architects will oversee, design, enhance, and direct all processes for the NOC. This role will manage end-to-end processes involved with the ongoing operations of the NOC to provide the level of service desired by the client.

Skills required: NOC Plan, Design, Implement, Operate Architect experience especially for management of Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM). Process architect experience using tools such as Smarts, BMC ITSM/Remedy, Cisco Operations Manager/Provisioning Manager, Clarus, Prognosis, NetIQ, Annue, BS or MS in IT related field or 10+ years experience, ITSM certification desired.
