Isshinryu is a style comprised mainly of two Okinawan styles ( Shorinryu and Gojuryu) and weapons techniques. We teach kata's, weapons, self-defense, and
sparring techniques. A student can improve self-esteem, improve physical condition, and skill level, but most of all develop the ability to defend one’s self and gain a better understanding of true peace. These classes are taught on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:45. Teenagers and adults welcome. http://www.karateknights.com
